These ball valves have excellent self-healing property. Due to additional content, a thin transparent layer is formed on the surface that ensures prevention from further corrosion of the surface. Therefore the high amount of chromium offers superior resistance to corrosion. In chloride environments, the valves demonstrate high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Furthermore, these feature excellent tensile strength, toughness, and hardness in harsh atmospheres. These are also resistant to stress corrosion cracking and have good impact and fatigue resistance.

Basically, this alloy of valves possesses good hardenability through cold working process, therefore, these do not heat treatable. The weldability of these valves is achieved by using suitable welding methods.

Testing details – We ensure to confirm the quality of our product range on various parameters at our end. Such test is like tensile strength test, pitting resistance test, hardness test, mechanical test, chemical analysis and macro/micro test. The IGC test, ultrasonic test, radiography test, flaring test, hydrostatic test and flattening test are also performed by us.

Documentation – At the time of transportation of the product, essential reliable documentation is attested along with the product. This documentation is like a quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts, NABL approved lab test reports, fumigation certificates, guarantee letter, and commercial invoice.
